A little longer to drive from the airport but a wonderful nature experience. The rental car can also be booked for collection and return at Faro airport, the driving time will then be about 4 hours.

After several conversations and long negotiations, we have now concluded an agreement for golf and accommodation with the Los Moriscos golf resort on Playa Granada, located about an hour’s drive east of Malaga airport.

At Los Moriscos we offer accommodation in newly built, modern apartments. They are spacious, bright and have a Nordic style interior. The kitchens are well equipped with a stove (4 rings), oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Each apartment has a large TV in all rooms, a dining area, sofa and practical outdoor furniture. There is central heating/air conditioning and also ceiling fans if the heat should become too intrusive. We have several different apartment types, but in all of them you live with a view of our home course that winds around the area.

Los Moriscos Golf Club offers fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Nevada. The course is known for its wide fairways and flat terrain, which makes it accessible to players of all levels while being a challenge with varying holes that require the use of all clubs. Here we particularly appreciate the fast-playing greens, the beautiful surroundings and the friendly staff.

From Los Moriscos you are close to both the Mediterranean Sea and the towns of Salobreña and La Caleta, only a six-minute drive away. Next to Salobreña is La Caleta, a smaller town that originated as a fishing village.
