Costa de la Luz – the Coast of Light – is an incredibly pleasant part of the Spanish coast, with a climate and pace similar to its Portuguese neighbor. The region’s capital, the charming little town of Ayamonte, has its Portuguese sister town, Vila Real, just a short boat ride across the mouth of the Guadiana River. Just south is Isla Cristina, known for its famous fish market by the marina, lined with seafood restaurants.
On Costa de la Luz, you can stay in high-quality accommodations at Islantilla, Isla Canela, and El Rompido. Islantilla is a resort near the golf course of the same name, a few kilometers from the coast. At Isla Canela, we have apartments right next to the golf course and by the beach. A total of 9 courses.
