Here you live in the Villa Amalia neighbourhood, just south of Torrevieja city centre, in a quiet and pleasant area that together with the popular neighbouring neighbourhoods Mar Azul and La Veleta form a tranquil oasis in this otherwise bustling coastal town.

From the apartment it is only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach – perfect for a morning walk along the water or a late afternoon with a glass of wine at one of the charming chiringuitos (beach bars) that serve food and drinks with views of the Mediterranean. Torrevieja city centre is about two kilometres away – a lively small town that is alive all year round with markets, harbour promenade, restaurants, shopping, culture and people-watching.

The accommodation offers fresh apartments with two bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living room and balcony or patio – some with both a balcony and private roof terrace with sun from all directions. All balconies open onto one of the quiet pool areas. The houses are built on two levels, and you can choose to live either on the ground floor or one floor up.
