La Torre Golf Resort is our new, very nice accommodation in Murcia where our guests can play on several of the Jack Nicklaus designed courses in the Jack Nicklaus Golf trail: La Torre, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme.
La Torre Golf Resort has modern and bright apartments with amenities and services. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as a washing machine. Free parking is available next to the apartments. There is a good range of restaurants, bars and shops in the area which are all open in winter.
Winding around the property is the course La Torre Golfbana, par-68, which is a favorite to play and very walkable. La Torre Golf Resort is well located with only about 20 minutes drive to the beachside genuine Spanish village of Los Alcazares with its exciting history. In the area there is a fish market and several restaurants serving fresh fish and seafood. There are also many tapas bars and cozy cafes along the long beach promenade.
The province of Murcia is one of the places in Europe with the least rainfall (approx. 300 mm of rainfall a year) and has a perfect winter climate for a longer visit even in December and January. The area is one of Europe’s largest producers of vegetables, fruit, flowers and trees. And there are very nice wine districts well worth visiting, for example Jumilla.
In addition to the courses La Torre, El Valle & Hacienda Riquelme, our guests can play on three more fine courses in the area: La Serena, Mar Menor and Saurines. For these, extra vouchers are purchased on site.
